 2008

The 2008 National 7-on-7 Tournament was a tremendous success.   We expanded the program to include sixteen teams, the nine returning teams and seven new teams including the Browns, Colts, Dolphins, Panthers, Patriots, Seahawks, and Vikings.  All sixteen teams participated in character development activities relating to Attitude, Image and Motivation as well as Active Citizenship.  The group toured the Ninth Ward section of New Orleans, an area demolished by Hurricane Katrina,  and then toured the Superdome, home of the Saints.  Guest speakers during the event included Zach Streif, Offensive Lineman for the Saints as well as Saints Offensive Line Coach Ed Orgeron.  The football was terrific with one game going into five overtimes!!  The Championship game featured The Seattle Seahawks going undefeated at 11-0 and beating the New York Jets 37-10.  For more info and pictures visit the media gallery!
